We Stand Behind All Of Our Work: 100% Guaranteed

What do you do if you have a rodent in your house?

If you’re like most people, you probably don’t think about it. You just ignore the problem, hoping that eventually it will go away on its own. But what happens when it doesn’t go away? What happens when you find more and more evidence of rodents in your home?

The first impulse may to be to attempt some D.I.Y. solutions. If you’re currently of the fence, you might like to know that almost all of our customers who try to do it themselves before reaching out have added restoration and remediation expenses since these litter critters wreak havoc on your home’s crawlspaces, insulation and sanitary conditions.

What kills rodents instantly?

When it comes to killing rodents you have many different choices, but very few actually kill them instantly. The best way to get rid of rodents is with an instant death solution. These are products that can be used by anyone at anytime without having to call a professional exterminator.

Here are some examples:

Rat-Killer Gel – This product works great for getting rid of rats in your attic or basement. It is safe for use around children and pets. Just spray it onto the infested area, wait 10 minutes and then vacuum up any dead rat bodies.

Instant Death Spray – This product is also known as “Instant Kill” and it has been proven to work against mice, squirrels, raccoons, opossums, skunks, bats and other pests. Simply spray this into their nests, burrows or dens and they will die within seconds.

Rat & Mouse Trap – This trap is designed to catch both rats and mice. Once the animal steps inside the trap, it gets stuck and dies. There are several types of traps available. Some are baited and others aren’t.

Poison Sprays & Pesticides – These sprays are not only effective, but they are also much safer than using poisons from a store bought container. They come in aerosol cans and liquid form.

How do you stop a rodent infestation?

How do you stop a rodent infestation?

While it seems deceptively simple, there are many different phases and steps in order to completely eradicate your rodent infestation permanently. While many people think it’s as simple as killing the rats that are already in the home, this simply won’t do the job on it’s own.

The first step is to determine whether or not you have a rat problem at all. If you don’t see any signs of rodents in your home, then there isn’t really anything for you to worry about. However, if you do notice evidence of them living inside your house, then you’re going to need to take some action. The next thing you want to do is contact an exterminator who can help you get rid of these pests once and for all.

Once you have identified the presence of rodents in your home, the next step is to seal off any entry points where they could possibly enter your home. For example, if you live in an apartment building, make sure that you check each unit to ensure that no one else is harboring rodents. Also, make sure that you keep trash containers sealed so that rodents cannot gain access to food and water.

You should also consider sealing cracks and holes in your walls and ceilings. Make sure that you inspect every inch of your home for possible entry points.

Another important thing to remember is that you must remove any items such as pet food, bird seed, etc. that attract rodents. In addition, you’ll want to clean up any areas where you’ve seen rodents scurrying around.

Finally, you’ll want to monitor your home for new signs of rodent activity. When you find any sign of them, immediately seal off the area and contact an exterminator right away.
