Who we are and what we do

Tri County Trappers performs wildlife inspection, humane trapping, exclusion and proofing, and attic and crawlspace cleanup in Orange County, California. We operate under California Department of Fish and Wildlife Trapping License TP-10188, and every technician on our crew holds their own CDFW trapping license.

Tri County Trappers does not hold a Contractors State License Board license and does not bid or contract for construction, insulation installation, or structural repair. Where a job calls for that work, it is performed by a separately licensed contractor, and you will be told who is doing it.

Estimates, scheduling and payment

Inspections and quotes are provided before work begins. Pricing is quoted after inspection, and you receive a clear number before any work starts. Prices quoted are based on the conditions observed at the time of inspection; if conditions found during the work materially differ, we will stop and discuss revised pricing with you before continuing. Payment is due as stated on your invoice.

Wildlife behavior is not fully predictable, and outcomes depend on conditions at and around your property, including adjacent properties we do not have access to. We describe what we find, what we did, and what we recommend. We do not promise a specific result.

Text messaging terms

By giving Tri County Trappers your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — by checking the consent box on our contact form, or verbally when you call — you agree to receive text messages from us in two categories. Service messages about your job: appointment confirmations, technician arrival notices, inspection and quote follow-ups, guarantee information, and replies to your questions. Promotional messages, sent occasionally to past and current customers only: requests to leave a review after a completed job, referral credits, and seasonal offers on preventative inspections.

Message frequency varies and depends on your active job; most customers receive fewer than ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call (949) 304-5445. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, and opting out does not cancel your appointment; we will reach you by phone or email instead.

Use of this website

The content on this site, including text, photographs, and graphics, is owned by Tri County Trappers and is provided for your information. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Information on this site describes wildlife and structural conditions in general terms. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your property, and you should not rely on it to diagnose a problem at your own home.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Tri County Trappers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law, and nothing here affects your rights under any written service agreement or invoice terms between us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
